The Game-Day Dashboard is a simplified, mobile-first control center for your operations team on event day — designed for speed, not configuration.
What it will do
Section titled “What it will do”When released, the Game-Day Dashboard will give your box office and operations leads a single screen showing:
At-a-glance metrics
Section titled “At-a-glance metrics”- Tickets sold vs. capacity
- Number of tickets scanned (live gate count)
- Current sell-through percentage
- Revenue for today’s event
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”- Sell tickets directly from the dashboard (pick a section, tap a seat, collect payment)
- Look up orders without navigating to the full Orders section
- See a real-time map of which sections are filling up
Pre-game checklist
Section titled “Pre-game checklist”- Verify gate access points are configured
- Confirm scanner devices are connected
- Check for any pending will-call orders
How it differs from the regular admin
Section titled “How it differs from the regular admin”The standard admin is comprehensive — it supports every workflow. The Game-Day Dashboard trades configuration depth for operational speed. Staff who only need to sell, scan, and look up orders can use it without training on the full admin panel.
Access
Section titled “Access”The Game-Day Dashboard will be accessible at Admin > Game Day. It requires no additional permissions beyond the existing role assignments.
