What are VIP passes and accreditations?

Coming soon. VIP Pass and Accreditation management is under development and not yet available in the admin panel.

VIP passes and accreditations are access credentials issued to individuals who need special venue access — not general admission tickets. Examples include:

Media credentials (press box, sideline access)
VIP hospitality access (premium lounge, field-level)
Staff and volunteer badges
Partner and sponsor credentials

Unlike regular tickets, accreditations are not sold — they are issued directly by an admin and may grant access to areas not covered by regular ticket inventory.

What to expect

When this feature is released, you will be able to:

Create accreditation types (Media, VIP, Staff, Volunteer)
Issue accreditations to contacts directly from the admin
Print or email accreditation passes with a unique QR code
Revoke accreditations for specific events
Scan accreditations at designated access points

In the meantime

For press credentials and VIP access before this feature ships, use Manual Orders with a $0 “Complimentary” price level and a dedicated section (e.g., “Media” or “VIP Floor”). See Manual Sales and Price Levels.
