Integrations — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Stripe

Stadli connects to three external services out of the box:

  • Google Analytics — track storefront visits and ticket purchase conversions
  • Meta Pixel — track conversions for Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Stripe — process card payments (configured at account setup)

Path: Admin > Settings > Integrations

What it does: Sends storefront page views, add-to-cart events, and purchase completions to your Google Analytics 4 property. Use this to understand how fans find your storefront and where they drop off.

  1. In Google Analytics, go to Admin > Data Streams > [Your Stream] > Measurement ID. Copy the ID (format: G-XXXXXXXXXX).
  2. In Stadli: Admin > Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics.
  3. Paste the Measurement ID and click Save.
  4. Verify by checking your GA4 Realtime report while navigating your storefront.
  • Page views on event pages and checkout
  • add_to_cart event when a buyer selects tickets
  • purchase event when an order completes (includes revenue and event name)

What it does: Sends purchase events to your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel so you can track ROI on ad campaigns and create retargeting audiences.

  1. In Meta Events Manager, find your Pixel ID (a 15-digit number).
  2. In Stadli: Admin > Settings > Integrations > Meta Pixel.
  3. Enter the Pixel ID and click Save.
  • ViewContent when a buyer views an event page
  • AddToCart when tickets are added
  • Purchase when an order completes (includes order value)

What it does: Stripe processes all credit and debit card payments on your Stadli storefront and in-venue via Stripe Terminal.

Configuration: Stripe is connected during your initial Stadli account setup. You do not configure Stripe yourself — contact Stadli support to:

  • Update your Stripe account (e.g., if you change your banking information)
  • Enable additional Stripe features (e.g., Terminal readers)
  • Review payment disputes and chargebacks (handled in the Stripe Dashboard, not in Stadli)

Terminal readers: See Stripe Terminal for managing physical card readers.

  • “GA4 is not showing any data” — Check that the Measurement ID is correct (G- prefix). Data can take 24–48 hours to appear in standard reports; check Realtime first.
  • “Meta Pixel fires but conversions look wrong” — Verify the Pixel ID in Stadli matches the Pixel ID in Meta Events Manager. Each Pixel ID belongs to a specific ad account.
  • “Stripe payment failed but I do not know why” — Check the Stripe Dashboard for decline reasons. Stadli shows the buyer a generic “payment declined” message without a specific reason code.
