Event performance
Section titled “Event performance”For each event, view:
- Tickets sold vs. sales goal
- Revenue generated
- Sell-through rate (% of inventory sold)
- Attendance rate (% of sold tickets scanned)
Revenue reports
Section titled “Revenue reports”- Daily revenue breakdown over a selected period
- Total revenue, order count, and average order value
- Comparison to prior period (% change)
Funnel analysis
Section titled “Funnel analysis”Track the conversion funnel:
- Page view
- Seat selected
- Checkout started
- Payment completed
View drop-off rates at each step.
Exports
Section titled “Exports”- Export orders and tickets to CSV with full detail (customer info, seat assignments, delivery status)
- Save custom report definitions with specific dimensions, measures, and groupings
