The public-facing website is what fans and ticket buyers interact with. Below is a summary of what is available.

  • View all upcoming public events
  • See event details: date, time, opponent, venue, promotional content, and custom info fields
  • View the seat map and available seats per section
  1. Select an event
  2. Choose a section and seats (or general admission)
  3. Select a pricing tier
  4. Add optional add-ons (parking, insurance, etc.)
  5. Apply a promo code (if available)
  6. Complete payment via Stripe
  7. Receive tickets by email (with QR codes)
  • Browse available bundles and season passes
  • See included events and pricing
  • Purchase and claim passes through checkout

After creating an account, users can:

  • View order history and past purchases
  • Manage tickets — view, resend, or download tickets
  • Transfer tickets — send a ticket to another person by email
  • Digital wallet — add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay
  • Manage passes — view claimed passes and season seat assignments
  • Edit profile — update name, email, phone, address, and other personal info
  • Manage payment methods — add or remove saved cards
  • View loyalty points — see current balance
  • Email preferences — opt in or out of marketing emails and SMS
  • Subscribe to email updates via a form or the marketing popup
  • Unsubscribe or manage preferences at any time through the preference center
